's been awhile, thought I'd stop in and say Hi to everyone and hope that everyone is doing fine...Thanks Giving is coming up on Thursday and I'm sooo ready for that bird...

that is why im dreading the holidays...lol!!! I have way to much poundage already and to top that off i just found out i have diabetes. I only dream to look as good as you do...lol

Wow, diabetes, what a bummer...I'm hypoglycemic which can lead to diabetes...I knock on wood that it never does, but either way, they are both horrible diseases to have...Listen to the doctor and as hard as it may be, stay away from the sugars...I used to take care of diabetics back when i was in nursing, and the ones that would cheat, sneaking chocalate candy bars and such, paid a heck of a price for it...Stay strong and I wish you lots of luck...

both my parents are diabetic and so is my aunt. She use to laugh when her meter read high and joked that her meter was saying "hi" to her. I may "cheat" a littler, but only with something that has little sugar and only one piece of something, not a lot.
