Anyone make siggy's?

I was wondering if anyone can make a siggy for me for my 3 ds and a siggy for congenital heart disease, since are baby has the acute cardic pulmonary stenosis.  It's a red ribbon as well.  I just want to make moms aware of it when I respond to posts.  I have to include all 3 of my boys and want something that will make me laugh.  Like a animated picture of a mom with her hair flying everywhere with three boys doing mischevious things.  Or refer me to someone who will be willing to do this for me, it would mean alot to me.

I do make siggy's but I cannot make the animated ones..have never figured out how but here's a bump for you.
