I was just curious, so many of you seem to have issues with your MIL's. So I wanted to start a positive post about MIL. If you have a GREAT MIL post it here. Tell us some of the things she does that make her great!
My MIL does so many wonderful things for us:
She accepts my children from my previous marriage completely and loves them as if they were her own.
She is always there in a pinch when we need her, to watch them or help us out.
She is never judgemental towards us, and gives constructive advice.
I can talk to her about anything, even my husband and she looks at it with understanding.
She spoils my children constantly like a grandma should. I had trouble with that at first, I saw it as going against my wishes....but when I saw her with her other grandchildren too, it is just how she is. A 100% loving, giving grandma, who NEVER says NO to her babies!
I love my MIL, and after reading so many of your posts, I am more and more thankful for her every day!
