I KNOW SOMEONE WHO KICKED THEIR 17 YR. OLD CHILD OUT. nOT THE FIRST TIME. ANYONE NOW THEY WILL NOT LET HER GO BACK AND GET ANY CLOTHES. THEY NAILED ALL THE WINDOWS AND STUFF SHUT.  THE 17 YR. OLD IS A VERY GOOD PERSON. SHE GET'S STRAIGHT A'S AND IN ALL KINDS OF AFTERSCHOOL PROGRAMS. SHE IS ALSO GOING TO COLLEGE. MY QUESTION IS HOW CAN SHE GO GET HER CLOTHES WITHOUT HER  PARENTS BEING MEAN TO HER. SHE ALSO DON'T WANT NOONE TO KNOW WHERE SHE IS.  FOR SAFETY REASONS. DOES ANYONE KNOW

Yup sounds like this is the only way she can get her clothes and stuff. Does she have a place she can stay at least?

her parents legally can't do that cause she's not 18 so she needs to contact the police immediately

It depends from state to state...most states say that 17 you are an adult, so parents can kick you out & yo can't do anything about it!! Iknow FL is one of those states that if your parent or if you decide to leave the house at 17, no one can do anything....I know this because i have lived there & seen many friends go through it!!

She can contact the police, explain the situation and they'll go over to the house with her to get her belongings.

YES THE 17 YR. OLD HAS A PLACE TO LIVE AND SAFE. iS IN HIGHSCHOOL YET. THEY STAY IN PA. THE THING IS HER BROTHER TOLD HER AT SCHOOL THAT THEY CALLED THE POLICE AND THEY SAID SHE CAN'T COME GET HER STUFF SINCE SHE IS A RUNAWAY. THEY KICKED HER OUT THE OTHER DAY AND NOW TOLD HER TO LEAVE AND NEVER COME BACK.. SO SHE DID

I am soooo confused.  I cannot even read your post b/c I just was curious why you look black w/ blonde hair in your avatar, but in your siggie you look white w/ black hair.
