So I just found out Im pregnant with number 2 ... 3 months along... and all thats happened is my fiance telling me im sleeping too much... and fighting with me constantly and on top of it my 2 year old has not only reached the terrible 2s but the time where shes always taking off her diaper... Im so emotional about everything and his yelling at me is not helping...

This is the first pregnancy im working... and Im working 40+ hrs a week 9+ hrs a day... when i told my manager I was pregnant he told me i cant have any limitations or I cant work... so I still have to move as fast, lift as much etc...

Im so stressed out this pregnancy and Im worried about the baby... Im not eating as well Ive lost weight... Im not sleeping as well so im always tired... and Im always in pain....

just needed to vent...thx for listening

TRUE. It is illegal in ALL states! He/She can try and say it is not due to your pregnancy but you can also file with the owner/ corporate or I believe it would be the ACLU. If you do need a limitation you need it to be documented by your doctor, and turned in to your boss, so that if they do try to fire you you will have your bases covered. And if they do sue for wrongful termination.

Good luck momma! I know about the "wonderful" two stage. LOL Try not to let all the stress get to you and stay positive.

As far as your work, don't let him/her misstreat you! I'm not sure what you do for a living but you should still be able to do most of it. Hopefully he don't let you go. In my case, I told my company after 5 years of working I was pregnant and 2 days I was FIRED. Pregnancy discrimination is hard to fight in court BUT I did end up with a nice chunk and the person that fired me after 20 years of his service no longer works there either.

We all have hero's or look up to someone. I look up to my younger cousin, he is my hero! While we sit in AC, he FIGHTS for our freedom. When I eat a hot dinner, take a shower, and crawl into my bed, he's wondering when he gets a break or when he can take off his 100 lb back pack. While many of us don't support the war, we can support our troops. Please pray for all of our men and women serving our country.

Im more than anything afraid to lose this job... but I wont lose the baby Ive already talked to my ob and if it becomes an issue I will go to my boss and tell them I wont work like that with a note from my doctor because a job can be replaced a baby cannot

IF that was to happen to you, there is a fine line and my lawyer sued under sex discrimination. I pray this doesn't happen to you.

It's illegal for them to fire you for you being pregnant and I'm pretty positive that's for every state. When I was working and first found out I was pregnant my manager wouldn't let me lift anything and I had an extra break.

You boss is mean. I would just keep honest with your OB about how much your working & how much your lifting etc. through out your pregnancy so he can pay extra attention to any issues that may cause. I worked until I was 5 days overdue so I understand what its like to work & be prego but I was allowed to ask for extra help at my job although I never did & often times got in trouble for not asking!

Terrible twos are tough too we've hit them here. I know you've heard this a million times over by now but just have patience with your two year old. What I do is when my daughter gets too out of control I simply get down to her level speak to her in a calm voice & explain that she is being over emotional right now & needs to calm down & when she does mommy will come back to play with her or see what she wants/needs. I then walk away sometimes I do some housework while other times I check some emails on the computer or something. This seems to work for us so maybe try it to handle those tantrums in your household?

I realy wish I could be of some good advice to ya but I just dont know. You'll make it through though we all do we're mothers we find a way to survive! Hope things start to get better soon :)

Walmart is a big company I wouldn't think they would fire you however they might cut your hours forcing you to quit. Just keep doing what your doing and prove this mananger wrong BUT don't do anything that would harm the baby. Family first!
