I dont know how many times , my dd will be sitting in the same room as her dad, and search for me (when i am busy doing something), just ask for a drink..or something to eat.
This is the convo
ME : where is daddy?
Her: on the couch
ME: where were you before you came in here?
Her : sitting on the couch with daddy
ME: soooo why couldnt you ask him?
Her: Because he is watching tv
So i go out, get her a drink...and of course SO catches on , and asks dd "why did you go get your mom? I was RIGHT beside you"
And of course her answer is ....
"idk"
Makes ya wanna pull out your hair huh? lol
I have the same thing here. I will purposely say to her "go back in there and ask your dad" then she cries and trows a fit, and in the end usually wins by me getting it for her anyway. It is something we are working on, Good Luck!
