Ok I was on depo..for about a year. I decided to go off of it because I was tired of my hair falling out and wanted to lose weight, started thinking about getting my tubes tied. While on the depo I had very short light periods every month but have had nothing since I stopped my shots(I stopped them about 2 months ago) Now I hear its normal to not get a period for awhile so I tryed to brush that aside. But started noticing other things..Like gagging in the mornings, and smelling things noone else smells. For example I have roses in my kitchen...can smell them sitting on my couch...doesnt seem normal to me!! So I took a pregnancy test,it was negative. Started waking up in the middle of the night for two reasons first to pee second cause im sweating to death...falling asleep midafternoon...gained a pound...took the other test in the pack, still negative. Now is it just me or are those pregnancy symptoms?? Should I call my doc and ask for a blood test or wait a little longer to see what happens??? O and yes I have had sex since I went off the depo but we used a condom. And my boobs are popping out of my damn bra lol

Im really confused.......

Since you have taken a test, I would assume it is just your body adjusting to the hormone change.  I sweat like crazy after I gave birth - and I was most definitely NOT pregnant.

the depo tricks your body into thinking that you're pregnant while you're on it, so it's not possible to implant an egg.  now that your hormones are flipping back to normal, you're going to go through an adjustment period.  it took me about 8 months after the shot before I got a normal, trackable cycle.  good luck!
