I am 21 wks preggers and I have a heck of a cold my nose is so stopped up I dont feel like going out and getting anything and all I have is vick's vapor rub is it safe to use while pregnant? Or is there any home remedies?

They say you can put it on infants feet, so I don't see why you couldn't use it on yourself wile pregnant.
I think you can, have you tried a vaporizer? It has the Vick's liquid and can last all night. I used it a lot during my last pregnancy. If you don't like that, maybe some essential oils on a burner? Anithyng "minty" will do the trick.
