AGAIN this is not a debate.  If you feel the need to debate your beliefs move on.  This is my post and I need honest views from people who do not believe and why.  So please do not start drama.

Here are a few questions I need:

-If you do not believe in God how was the world created?  How did we all get here?

-If you do not believe what do you believe?  What happens after life on earth for you?

-If you do not believ in god what is your overall belief?

Big bang theory and evolution

I believe life happens, we are born, we procreate, we live, we die.  I believe we have souls, all living things have souls, our bodies are our vessels.

When we die our souls move on to other vessels.  We have lessons to learn, we continue to learn as we move through, after we learn all we need to learn it is up to us what we do next, help others learn, take a break, whatever we choose.

I believe there are higher powers, possible those who have learned all they need to learn, but since I haven't met any other them personally and I'm still learning I don't claim to have all the answers.

Wow. Bad idea for a school project unless your kid goes to a Christian school and you're just going to hold these answers up for ridicule.

-If you do not believe in God how was the world created?  How did we all get here?

I believe that we do not know exactly how the universe was created (as we weren't there to watch), but that most most theorists believe in a "Big Bang" theory of creation in which the universe is ever expanding from a hot, dense core.  It's also a really funny tv program.

We all got here through a series of differentiations which took us from single-celled organisms through to modern human beings.  Organisms in nature are always changing and adapting to better survive in their surroundings.

-If you do not believe what do you believe?  What happens after life on earth for you?

I believe in science, rational thinking and logic.  I believe that after one dies, the electrical impulses stop jumping from synapse to synapse thus shutting down our vital organs and life processes.  Once the blood stops pumping and the energy dissipates, all that's left is meat which then decays and rots (unless chemically preserved).  I don't believe that we have a unique "soul" that lives on after our body is dead.  I believe that what we perceive as our soul is the amalgamation of our thoughts and dreams which are unique to us, but which are merely the product of the infinite number of ways in which electrical charges can fire within our brains.  It's beautiful, but it's science.

-If you do not believe in God how was the world created?  How did we all get here?

Our world, as in our Earth, was created by the big bang, or a similar action. I think our universe is a miniscule speck of an 'entire mass.' It is never-ending, and therefore never had a beginning. No one or thing created it, it 'just was.' Much like the religious argument of a god 'just being' when questioned who created a god.

-If you do not believe what do you believe?  What happens after life on earth for you?

I believe in love and consideration for others, making life as enjoyable as possible while we are here. After life, in my opinion, is much like before life. I didn't feel anything before I was alive, so I doubt I will feel anything after. The only reason we 'die' is because we have the intelligence to observe and remember why Aunt Jane isn't here anymore. Only while we are alive, do we acknowledge death.

-If you do not believ in god what is your overall belief?

My overall belief is to enjoy my life as much as I can. Which means helping others, being with family, rejecting negative attitudes, and an overall positive outlook on life. If that means I am going to hell, then so be it. Just remember, I only doubt one more god than you do. ETA: (General you. )

Thank you all.  I go to a private christian school.  My project is a group project and we have to debate the existance of god if we believe or not.  We were given sides we have to come up with a debate weather we believe it or not.  My side is that there is not a god and he has never existed.  I do believe in god so that is why I am asking so I can get you alls point of view.

Thanks again so much and thank you for keeping this civil.
