I only eat cheese when it's mixed in other foods (example: mac n cheese, spaghetti, etc). I can't just sit here and eat cheese by itself. Not to mention it's one of the many foods that gives me stomach aches..

Yes, but only NOT on sandwiches. I like my cheese to stand on it's own (or on a cracker if it's a soft cheese).
I also don't like cheese melted onto meat. NASTY.
Favorite cheese? I'm a big, big cheese fan, so that's a pretty big category for me. There was a cheese my MIL found at Costco recently (I know, of all places, right??) called La Delice de Bourgeonion which was amazing! I dig on the plain goat cheeses. I love the blues, especially Stilton. I like Manchego a lot. A really nice cheddar is the thing of majestic beauty, too.
I like cheese.
