IM SORRY FOR THE CAPS IM SO PISSED OFF RIGHT NOW. MY SON CALLED AND SAID THAT CPS WENT OUT THERE TO INVESTIAGATE AND GUESS WHAT THEY BELIEVE MY EX HUSBAND OVER MY KIDS EVEN THO THE KIDS HAVE BRUISES AND BURN MARKS. WTF IS WRONG WITH THIS???

I WISH I HAD MONEY FOR A LAWYER IM IN TEARS THAT THEY ARE LEAVING THE KIDS WITH HIM EVEN THO HE ABUSES THEM. WHO CAN I CALL ON THIS???

1) Do you guys have split custody? He has full custody?

2) How old are your children?

3) Are the police involved?

4) How long has CPS been involved? etc.

ok do you know FOR SURE that your kids have bruises on them at this very moment? If so, call the cops and tell them you're worried because the kids are with their father and being abused, and the cops will go out and look at the bruises (if you state that in your police report/call).

 Going through the same shit. I HATE IT! I wish you so much luck. Keep pushing it. I have been pushing for almost 2 years and they won't do anything. And when they did realize they fucked up, instead of fixing their mistake all they did was cover it up. Child protection, my ass all they do is protect their ass! I feel ya. Look online at how many children were left behind by cps. Look how many died because they didn't see unfit. Bullshit.

 Do your kids have cell phones? Or Can you send them one?have them call 911 while the abuse is happening they dont have to talk.Usually police will come to investigate a call.
