Sams Club?

We just got a membership and spent 2 hours price shopping. I noticed they have a good deal on meats. However we don't have a deep freezer. So I was wondering would it be safe to keep them seperated in freezer bags in a regular freezer? I would buy one package of each meat. What do you think?

we buy a 10lb tube of beef anda large pack of chicken breast

and seperate it out in to vaccume sealed bags and put it in our regular freezer

their diapers are ngood priced too.. we get a case of huggies, and it lasts us a month for $36 (might be less)

We buy all our meat from Sams Club.  We also bought a $70 vacuum sealer that we use to portion our meat into family servings if you can swing that I would it is nice and easy and we haven't had a freezer burn issue yet

That is what we have been doing for years and we have never had any issues with it so I guess it's fine :-)

You should be fine.  Fish doesn't last as well as meat does, so if you're buying that I'd have a plan for that, but steaks and hamburger?  Totally.

We buy 10 lb rolls of hamburger meat & pork loins, then slice them & put them in freezer bags to freeze.

You can find better deals on ground beef, ribeye steaks, and T-bone steaks in the store ads. That's what I do.
