my 2 dd's bio dad and i have been argueing over his non payment of cs. he had the nerve to tell me i look at dd's as a paycheck. i don't get it i haven't recieved cs in 2 years HOW CAN I THINK OF THEM AS A PAYCHECK? myself and SO take care of the kids(2 are ex's, 2 are SO's). we work our asses of to provide for all of our children, i say our because SO has raised dd's since they were 2 and 7 months. bio dad had the balls to tell me that he wont pay because he thinks SO will buy things for himself with it. WTF? he has a job and spends HIS money raising kids who aren't even his! bio dad even said that if we paid our rent or other bills with the money it would be misuse because my sons live in the house too.
BUT.......
i didnt hear him complaining when HIS house burned down and SO let him, his new wife,her kids, plus their daughter stay with us. WHILE SO and i paid all those bills for BIO dads new family and my family!they didn't pay for anything we paid for food and everything.
HE IS PISSING ME OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

it is court ordered cs but he still doesn't pay! he is like 13,000 behind the last time i checked which was last year. im even with CSE and still nothing
he moved out of state to avoid being arrested for non payment. the court system isnt helping much at all he still is not paying they let him get away with it i dont understand

that sucks maybe you should remind him that you have done things for his family and if you use cs on bills in the house that his children live in its not missuse that they need a roof over there head and thats a NEED

i've tried reminding him of that but he says we only let him stay because i still love him........ he is a twisted person when it comes to me and our daughters
dont let him see your girls then, if he doesnt want to help financially to raise them it gives him no right to call them "his" at all. In my personal opinion, a father isnt the man that just got his jollies off in ur whoo haw, a father is the man that raises the children and everything. If he tries to take you to court for it just remind him how much he owes in CS and if he wants to see him he has to help pay for them too!

yup i agree as a matter of fact they have never seen much of him mostly his choice sometimes mine. he hasn't even talked to them in 1 1/2 yrs. dd's asked for me to find him so i did on myspace but now he just wants to argue over cs. he wants them to come to nc to see him but i told him no they dont even know you
