LOL catchy title huh? But in all seriousness, how do you make that dessert, dirt? its like chocolate pudding, mashed oreo's, and gummy worms, but honestly I think their is more to it than that.
Thanks! :)

i made it real easy once. just put pudding in a cup, then crushed oreos on top with gummy worms in it...
my cousin makes a dirt cake, but it doesnt involve pudding or gummy worms

I made this one for my son's last birthday. We're not cake fans but I think everybody at his party had AT LEAST 2 servings and everyone was so upset when it was gone and begging for the recipe!

My husband has an antique tonka dump truck from when he was a child. My twin son doesn't like cake, so we were stumped trying to come up with something he would like. My husband suggested a dirt construction cake made in the dump truck. Here's the recipe.
INGREDIENTS: 1 (20 ounce) package chocolate sandwich cookies with creme filling, 1/4 cup butter— softened, 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese— softened, 1 cup confectioners' sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 2 (3.9 ounce) packages instant chocolate pudding mix, 3 cups milk, 1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping— thawed, and15 gummy worms.
DIRECTIONS:
1. Put the cookies in a food processor and process until they become fine crumbs. Set aside.
2. In a large bowl, combine the butter or margarine, cream cheese, confectioners sugar and vanilla flavoring. Beat on low speed to mix, and then beat on medium speed until smooth. Add the chocolate pudding mix and milk to the bowl. Beat on low speed to combine.
3. Fold the whipped topping into the pudding mixture with a rubber spatula.
4. Line the truck with plastic wrap and assemble as follows: first layer, 1/3 cookie crumbs; second layer, 1/2 pudding mixture; third layer, 1/3 cookie crumbs; fourth layer, 1/2 pudding mixture; fifth layer, 1/3 cookie crumbs.
5. Tuck the ends of gummy worms in the
cookie "dirt". Be sure to have a worm on each piece. Store in the
refrigerator. Chill for at least 3 hours before serving.
This dirt construction cake serves 12.
