So I am looking for a diet to go on when I stop breast feeding (hopefully, a while away but thinking ahead so I can research)... I want to loose my baby fat though which is very little, luckily. I have been on weight watchers before and like it, so I might do it again but I was wondering if anyone has tried any of these and what you think about them:

flat belly diet
abs diet
the biggest loser diet
others? any recommendations?

Thanks a lot!

I would recommend the abs diet.  It's easy to follow and you are never hungry.  It's simply a healthier way to eat but a plan that you can follow for life.

Thanks for the reply...I like all but one of the power foods...it seems to be similar to the flat belly diet.

you can be on a vegan diet and still BF. I went on a 3 month vegan lifestyle change when my DD was 7 months and I lost 15 lbs and felt GREAT! I ended up getting pregnant again and stopped. You can find great stuff at vegweb.com and vegcooking.com.
