I force myself to eat breakfast everyday because I know it's so important.  It is my least favorite meal unless I'm eating out though!

The only time I eat breakfast is when Im pregnant to help morning sickness. Other than that I eat once a day in the middle of the day. Which is probably is bad for me.

I know it's important and I try to remember to do so, but on days that I'm running around, I sometimes forget...I make sure the kids eat and then I get so busy doing household stuff that I forget I haven't eaten as well!

I don't want to because of my morning sickness, but I force myself to eat something.  Most of the time it's crackers, but if I'm not feeling all that sick I'll have Fruit Loops or Cheerios.

I voted other, because I work 3rd shift and my "breakfast" is usually dinner with the family, with a snack at about 2 am and then a small bowl of cereal before I go to bed in the morning.

Always, I'm starving when I wake up. Dinner I could go without but breakfast & lunch are a must for me

I do now..because eating breakfast actually helps people who are eating healthy keep the pounds off and supports our metabolism. When we sleep our metabolism slows down because we are in essence in a "fast." Thus, comes the name BREAK "Fast".

Typically i will eat an apple, pear, or banana and a cup of coffee or milk and that's it. I end up not eating again until after the kids go to bed. Then I eat just about anything....

I'm working on eating right now.
