My mom and I just made these 'oreo cookie balls' the other day. super easy, and no bake time ;)

1 pkg Oreo Cookies
Crumble them up
Put the pieces in a mixer, along with 8oz softened cream cheese
Mix them together
Roll in balls
Dip in chocolate, and add fun holiday color sprinkles!
Freeze until you need 'em, that's what we're doing!!

Hope that helps, they are super yummy

I usually make choc/pb fudge and my famous cream cheese sugar cookies. My friends literally bed me to make those cookies lol

Yum these are good!  I use the same recipe but I dip them in white almond bark or white choc chips  :)

I bake mostly Italian cookies and pastries.  It's what my family enjoys the most.  They're complicated but worth it in the end.

My dad has been a baker for 20+ years, so I always steal his recipe book for some yummy homemade chocolate chip cookies... or something else really bad for you...

P.S. You better send me some brownies!  Or Im tracking you down!

I'm a vaxing, circing, disposable diaper using, bf switched to ff, CIO sometimes, pushed 1hr before a c-section (and don't regret it), college graduate, loving my son, can't wait to have another baby, trust your own judgement, kind of mom.

I love baking and pies are my favorite.. Especially for this season when it's cold outside my family loves oatmeal pie, you can serve it while it's still warm with a scoop of ice cream or have it cold. It's sweet, creamy and delicious.

You'll need:

  • 1- 9 inch pie crust fitted into a pie plate with the edges trimmed and crimped (if I'm in a hurry i use the ready to bake crust from walmart)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup sugar (I use splenda or the store brand)
  • 2/3 cup light corn syrup
  • 2/3 cup old-fashioned oats
  • Preheat at 350 degrees
  1. In a medium size bowl, beat the eggs, add butter, vanilla, sugar and corn syrup and stir until well mixed.
  2. Fold in the oats until well blended, then pour in the crust.
  3. Bake until the crust is golden brown and the filling firm to the touch for about 45-55 minutes.
  4. Let cool on a wire rack 15-20 mins before serving.

I hope you like it...

      Happy Thanksgiving!
