In another thread somone called the bible Fake.
And it intruiged me seeing as how the bible has been around for a couple of thosand years to see what someones reasoning is to calling it fake.
I mean a book can't survive that long and not have any truth to it.
Most of those who do not beleive do not think that the Bible is real.

There is certainly some sort of truth in the Bible, but it's man's interpretation of what was said by someone that told someone else that then told the guy that wrote it. Also, King James didn't make it a secret that his version of the Bible was changed to fit with society of his day.

I wanna hear their reasonings too!!! Its probably gonna be something like: They took books out and changed words to make it fit their belief! blah blah blah
Why it's true!

I still consider myself catholic although I do not agree with some of there beliefs.

Same here but I am still a Christian!

I believe that 10 diffrent people can read a section from the bible and they will all see it diffrently. I personally believe the bible has been altered, but that is jmo.
Nope, the Bible's not fake. Like you said, it wouldn't have stuck around so long if it weren't real.
Even 2000+ years ago, after Christ rose from the dead, there was so much controversy over the spread of Christianity and talk of Jesus. Even then, the ruler of the time told the people not to worry about it; if it was all a hoax, the hype would die down and the rumors would fade away.
But they didn't.
Not to mention; scientists, archeologists, and historians have been trying to prove the Bible false for centuries. And after centuries...they can't. They can't come up with anything that discredits God or the Bible, and leaves no room for further speculation.
