I dont even know what to say or write..

My baby girl, Nadia Lauren Cortez passed away a couple days ago and my SO and I are in so much pain.

We saw this coming, but not this soon.. not nearly this soon.

She stopped breathing and her heart stopped.

My SO found her, he said she looked peaceful.. just two min before he had checked on her in her room.. she was happy playing and listening to music.. two min later he went back and she was gone.

He called 911, and they did all they could.. they tried over an hour at the hospital.

I knew it she was gone, it was her time.. she had gone through so much pain her short life.

A very happy, joyful and beautiful baby girl she is and always will be

I love you Nadia.. WE love you. Miss you..forever. Your kisses, and hugs are never forgotten.

I dont know how, but we will be strong as you showed us to be and get through this. I promise.

i am sooooo sorry to hear of your loss. i know that no words can make this better, and i know that i cannot know your pain unless the same were to happen to me. all i can say is i will pray for you and yours and if you need anything, please message me. i'll do what i can, if it's just listening.
