Maybe a better question would be WHAT REALTY COMPANY did you use?
What realty company did you use and did you like/hate it?
I mean mostly the big ones, b/c small town ones aren't everywhere...
My choices are
- JohnLScott
- Keller Williams
- Zip Realty
- Windermere
- Better Homes and Gardens
- Preview Properties
I can't think of any others....

my aunt was my realtor, she says the best thing you can do is ask people who they used and if they were happy with them. When you see for sale signs with the company name and the realtors name on it, look to see whos name you see most often. Do some research on the ones in your area. If your selling you defintley want a good one who will be looking out for you.
