help me think of gifts!

ok for christmas i would like to make gifts rather than buy this year.

for my little sister i would like to sew a skating skirt, she needs some and i just recently picked up sewing, i can't find any free patterns online, if anyone has one to share that would be wonderful!

for my dad...i haven't a clue! like i said i can sew now...and i have learned to knit recently as well, so a quick easy sew or knit is a possibility. to give you an idea of "who" he is: he works at a paper mill, comes home to drink beer, watch tv (history channel, discovery channel mainly), do crossword puzzles sitting in his recliner and he loves to cook, cooks supper every night.

my mom...she's a teacher for the kids who get kicked out of the normal classrooms lol, and she likes slot machines...other than that she doesn't really have hobbies or anything...

DH- for him i don't think i'm going to make something...for him i'm giving him me. lol sounds weird but hear me out: i want to wear a hott sexy little dress, somethings spicy! and heels, and do my hair and makeup (because i never wear makeup and doing my hair is pulling it into a ponytail). plus after a big homecooked dinner with me all sexed up i would like to go into the other room and change into some hott lingerie for him. my problems here....i have no sense of style, i never do my makeup or hair...so help me! if you have makeup or hair suggestions fill me in on what to do! and help me find that dress and the lingerie that will make him drool! (the reason for the dress is at the mall i saw a hott little number and mentioned wearing it and we both laughed but then he brought up he had never seen me in anything like that ever...and we've been together almost 8 years...so i figured i'd throw the dog a bone lol) i do own two pairs of brown heels (that i've never really worn) so a dress that would match them would be great, but if the dress requires new shoes i won't complain (what women doesn't want another pair of shoes? lol)
