So my daughter is 2 years old and has like 4 bins of toys, has a lot of clothes and several hundred books, coloring books, etc. I rented a bounce house for her birthday a couple of weeks ago and she still asks for it. I was thinking of instead of getting her presents (everyone else will get her presents and she can help unwrap ours) that I would just rent a bounce house for that Saturday.
What do you think? Good idea or just get regular presents? Any good size but not too expensive ones to buy?
It would be neato if you could buy the bouncehouse outright.... but to do it just for one day instead of presents that could last her for awhile, I wouldn't do it personally.
I am a Private School sending, Vaccinating, Non spanking, Nightmare Cuddling, Dessert Giving, Homework Helping, Bedtime Kissing, Book Reading, Academic pushing Mum. I believe in the benefit of organized after school activities. I believe in spoiling my children. I believe that I have seen the village and I do not want it raising my child - I will do that, Thank You. I believe that a woman's place is in the home taking care of her house, children and husband. I am submissive and proud, my husband is head of my home. I am a proud, traditional Roman Catholic, as is my husband... Yes we are teaching our daughter that The Church is the only Church. Aimee
I did end up finding a great deal on Ebay for a brand new one and free shipping for only $199 and to rent it for the day is $100 and I know it would get a lot of use since I would have to get one for every birthday, so I bought it! I am going to have it inflated on Christmas and throw a bow on it! She will LOVE it!
