We recently moved to a new area, I know no body here, my family is over 400 miles away, and my husband is at work (and out of town). I have no one else to ask and I'm worried.
I'm 24 (almost 25) weeks pregnant with twins. Everything has been great thus far (aside from the occasional morning sickness, headaches, etc). Last night around 3am I woke up with intense stomach pains (to the point where I couldn't even get up out of bed). About 10 minutes later, they completely went away, and I went back to bed.
Fast forward to this morning..the pains are back (but less severe..more like period cramping). I'm lightly bleeding as well.
Because we just moved, I haven't found a new doctor here yet (we're in a whole new state and city) and so I don't know what to do.
Has anyone experienced this, or know what it could be? Or how to make it better?

I'm pregnant with twins too, 26 1/2 weeks. I know if you have cramping or bleeding you need to call your doctor immediately! I don't know what it means, but I know it can mean something serious. Get on the phone with ANY OB/GYN in your area ASAP. You really need to get regular prenatal care, whether or not you've just moved. You are risking your health and the health of your twins without it. Very dangerous. Twin pregnancies carry a lot more risks than a singleton pregnancy. You need a doctor right away.
