i just helped prepare food for a thanksgiving feast with my daughters class (who is 4 years old) and we made corn pudding.  it was very easy and a lot of the kids liked it.

CORN PUDDING

* 1 can of creamed corn

* 2 eggs, beaten

* 2 tablespoons of butter, melted

* 2 tablespoon flour

* 1 tablespoon sugar

* 1 cup of milk

           Combine all ingredients and mix well.  pour into a buttered casserole dish.  Bake at 350 for at least 20 minutes.  Pudding is done when it's "set" and a utensil inserted in the center comes out clean.
