How do you feel about it? I don't know what to think... It looks unhealthy, and unnatural... for a child.

Not my child, hell no.  I would go nuts.  They will have some seriously strong bones later in life but I wouldn't be willing to take that route to get them.

I don't like adult bodybuilding, much less children doing it. That is just gross and wrong.
