Where were you... (may be TMI for some folks)

when your water broke? 

I ask because I hear horror stories about women who are like, grocery shopping, or getting their hair done or whatever (lol, sounds crazy but I've heard a lot of weird things like that) and I want to know, where were you when your water broke?

With my first, I'd literally just stepped out of the shower, and with the second I was in the hospital, drugged up in the LDR. lol. 

Very boring, both of them. Of course with my first, I had a very quick, pretty much painless labor. I went into labor at around 9PM and he was born at 1:20AM. Very fast. My second, I went into the hospital around 9PM because of the contractions I'd been having all day (had no contractions with my first until the whole water breaking thing) and they kept me, and around 11 or a little after, it broke.

Sorry mine are all boring, all 4 were broken at the hospital by the doctor.

Nothing interesting from me, I was laying in my hospital bed. The doctor broke it.

In the hospital.

The doctor had to break my water , and he did so right before I started pushing. I'll never forget hearing "look at all that pretty black hair", when he broke my water..  He had to have been talking about my son's hair, cuz that's all that was down there.... LOL

With my oldest son, my water never broke.  He was way overdue and the fluid was absorbed.  Whole huge story I won't get into.  :)

With my youngest, it was at the hospital about 10 hours after my induction.

Doctor broke my water at the hospital with all 3 pregnancies. Nothing exciting.
