Pain meds taken in early pregnancy ??

Has any of you took pain meds such as percocet In early pregnancy?I have my next appt dec 3rd and I can ask...I know my Ob has prescribed them to me late in pregnancy but what about the first 12weeks? I'm not the type to take anything I even stop drinking soda but I'm living with Crohn's and if anyone knows anyone who has it or has it them selves knows there can be days when your in allot of pain..

I was given Tylenol 3 at the beging of my last pregnancy ( I just had her on the 9th)  But it was prescribed for me to take when I couldnt handle the pain anymore ( I have sever migraines... Its a long story to explain ) I dont know other than that...  I hope they are able to give you something for pain relief....

Percocet is a pregnancy catagory C med which means it either has been proven to, or is suspected to, or can potentially cause harm to the fetus during the first trimester.

I was on Vicodin for the duration of my last pregnancy with my daughter who is now 6 months old.  I had no troubles, and was thankful for it everyday.

I have....Migraines....I took hydrocodone.  Dr. says it was the safest thing for me to take.  Did you know that demerol is considered a category B for pregnant women in the early stages of pregnancy?

Thanks Percocet is prescribed to me By my GI doctor..Not my OB i will have to see them both so they can come up with a plan Im guessing
