My son's father is in the Army.  He has only paid child support once this year.  CSE is of no help, I have already tried.  The support is court ordered.  What can I do?  I have no money for a lawyer or anything like that.  I don't even know where to start when it comes to dealing with the military and child support.  Help please!!!!

Do you know where he is stationed at? If so you can call the post operator and they can help you locate his unit. From there you need to contact his first sgt. They will straigten it out from there. The Army can't stand deadbeat parents!

Call his command. If they dont help, keep going higher. They have to. He can go to the brig for not paying child support. They can dock his pay so it goes straight to you. PM me if u need to!

If you can somehow find out who his commander is... they will for sure straighten him out.

Just asked my hubby he to find out where he is at and contact the Child Support Agency and they need to contact his commander, then his commander will make sure that he sets up an allotment and possibly make sure you get back child support. Hope this helps a little

If you know his social security number, birth date and where he is stationed, even if it is just the state, you should be able to contact them and they will take care of it .... i hope you can track him down hun
