crib recall

so i guess theres gonna be this huge crib recall tomorrow. So my question is if my crib is no longer safe, are they gonna let us trade it in or give some kinds refund or am i just SOL with the one i have. ive never bought anything that was recalled so im not sure how this works

I don't know but you should check the website of the crib maker to see if you crib is on the recall list. I know when I had the simplicty bassinet that was recalled I had to take the bassient back to babies r us and I got a refund.  This is what I read but I know there trying to have these ban and some store are not going to sell the crib with the drop rails anymore.
