House breaking a pup.

Do you have any helpful tips.

Ive house broken one dog before, and she was a breeze! I dont know if it was because she was a tad older, still a puppy, but older if thats why it was easier. This pup im training now is 10 weeks. I dont know how she can have so much pee! I take her out every 15-30 and everytime I see her sniffing. Sometimes she does not even sniff just squats and goes. I swear she pees like 4 times in a half hour. I dont give her water after 6, and I limit it during the day too, but her pee puddles apear out of thin air! I take her out for 5 minutes and she pees, then comes in the house and pees again! Its driving me nuts! When she poos its always on my throw rugs! Not on tile where it would be an wasy clean up. Its the same thing, I feed her in the mornings. I take her out, she will poop outside then start to play and thats when i bring her in thinking " Oh shes done ok, back inside." once we get inside she poops on my rug, Mostly in the early AM when Im getting Break fast done or using the potty myself. I wish I could leave her outside longer on her own, but I feel shes too small yet. Im afraid someone will snatch her or something. I cant get a kennel, with Xmas right around the corner. I honestly dont like them anyway. When we leave the house I lock her in my guest bathroom, and when I get home its still clean. Im soo at a loss here.
