So I just got off the phone with my Mom. She told me that Hospice was at my Aunts today (thats where my Mom and Dad are staying) and since Friday my Dad has turned yellow and his liver is shutting down. The hospice nurse has given my Dad till either Wednesday or Thursday...
For the ones that don't know my Dads got cancer and it has spread all threw out his body beginning at his stomach. Hes basically in a coma right now. When he wakes up he can recongize people but theres times where he don't know where he is at.
The bad thing about it all is that we have NO money what so ever to get down to Utah from Washington. We don't have money for gas or a plane ticket. :( depressed!
I am so sorry that is pretty much what happened to my MIL 7 years ago. Though her cancer started in her neck and throat before spreading. She was put in drug induced Coma the last 2 weeks of her life.
As far as this Thanksgiving goes i am right there with you. My dad passed away at the beginning of October. We are going to our cousins this year and I think we will have a good time but it is still going to be very hard with out my Dad there.
I am so sorry hun..I can't even imagine =(. God Bless and be with your family.
