When to go to the hospital???(update in red)

Okay so i have been throwing up since 5pm and it's 12:17am and i'm still throwing up! I can't keep anything down at all! I've tried everything and it all comes back up asap! And what really sucks is i'm trying to throw up still and i have nothing to throw up! My stomach is hurting like crazy and i have to pee but i have no pee to pee! So my question is when is it time to go to the hospital?? I'm 13 weeks pregnant and don't want to get dehydrated...

Update: So i went to the hospital and got there at 1am and i was severely dehydrated and they immedately gave me an iv and some Zofran (to stop me from throwing up) and the Zofran did not work to well so they gave me another dose and then again it did not work so well and i was still throwing up. They gave me another bag of fluids and this time they gave me reglan to stop me from throwing up and boy did that work like a charm! by this time it was 4:30am and Labor and Delivery came down to check the fetal heart rate and make sure the baby was okay...well this one nurse tried to 30 minutes and found nothing! so she sent down another nurse and she also tried and found nothing. i felt the baby moving around but they just couldn't pick up a heart beat for some odd reason and this has never happened to me before. My doctor picked up the heart beat at 10weeks so now i was concerned. Well they ordered me an U/S and i got that done at 7:30am and the baby was bouncing around like crazy, no wonder why they couldn't get a hear beat! But the baby looks great and the HR was 167 and i'm 12wks6days today and the baby was measuring 13wks3day so that means i'd be due May29th!! woohoo!!! So all together i had 3 bags of fluid and got a prescription for reglan and i'm doing good now.

The best thing you could do is call the on-call nurse at your obgyn. She can help you to decide if you are dehydrated or not, or very sick. Sounds like you could have a flu or something. I'd be very careful, and if it continues go to the hospital. Dehydration stinks, and is very painful.

I would go now, Sounds like you could be dehydrated, & that's not good. They can give you something for the vomiting & rehydrate you. I got a stomach bug when I was 21wks, I ended up going into premature labor. Thank God it stopped or I probably would not have my 2.5 yr old boy.

Feel better momma

i would go asap, you need fluids in you and since you cant keep anything downm you will need an I.V. i wouldnt think twice if i were you.

with my 3 pregnancies, i spent most of the first 3 months in and out of hospitals due to vomiting.  keep us updated. hope you feel better!
