the only picture studio we have around here is a walmart in the next town. theyre okay. sometimes i just do my own thing...like for easter, i just pinned up a blanket and set natalee in front of it. it worked great for a backdrop and natalee just did her own thing and i snapped away. outside always works great too assuming its not really muddy.

I used to go to jcpennys, they can be a little pricey. Last time I decided to try walmart and really liked it. They had great backdrops and props and reasonably priced. I think from now on I'm going there.

I always have Walmart and Olan Mills chasing me to get pics done there. They both call and email me constantly. I've had them done at both places, but personally, I like Olan Mills better, and they seem to take more time and be more patient than the Walmart place. Walmart is closer, but I would rather have the better pics from Olan Mills. Plus, I signed my daughter up for the birthday club at Olan Mills, and I get free pics from them on her birthday (until a certain age....maybe only 3, I think). Of course you never just take the free pics though......

It seems to me the prices at both places are fairly similar, but I also only buy when I can get some kind of deal, so I'm not sure about the regular prices. I've had my daughters pics done like 4 or 5 times, and she's about 20 months old. Lol, yea, I'm bad.

Olan Mills, they have a club you can join and it comes with 4 coupons for free things in addition to the free sitting fee. I go there b/c it was the second studio that we used and the first one the lady was rude to me and at O.M. the lady was nice and my daughter seemed to like her so I'm sticking with what works.

I took mine to Olan Mills and so far I have been disappointed each time.  This time around I decided to order just the CD of all the pix in the session and the CD alone was $150!!  I even get better pictures from my daughter and can buy foam numbers my damned self!!  I dont think I am going to have her take professional pix anymore, the prices are just way to astronomical!!
