While the outfit is provocative, the shorts look like they are bunched up some in the back. So I can't help but think that maybe they started out just a tiny bit longer and rode up a little...at least I hope so.

technically she is 17 now.....still doesnt make it right to wear butt cheek showing clothes...but i dont think i trust a lot of "pictures" online. Edits can be done to make it look like its real....i dont know. Im a Miley fan...and i wouldnt let dd wear clothing like that....BUT , she is doing what sells, and if that is what it takes then thats what it takes...i just know what i wont let my dd wear.

Man you've been riding my ass today. You got an issue with me, need to discuss it in PM or what? As a parent yes, I advice my kids not to walk around looking skanky and attracting the wrong attention! So they should do this too. I have a 17 year old daughter.
