My daughter is bipolar..And this week shes very different..Not bad but horribly annoying..Shes like a baby. She cries over EVERYTHING. If I barely poke her she screams and says I hurt her. If I get onto her for something she has a breakdown and starts crying "Quit making fun of me!" I'M NOT!! Shes worse than her almost 2 year old sister..So basically, Right now I have a 2 year old the size of a 6 year old (shes really 4 but huge)....uuggh..Just a vent about how she is acting like a baby again..

 I'm sorry. Do you have a doctor for her that can maybe help you understand and deal with her issue?

WOW, sorry.. i dont know anything about bipolar kids, does she go through phases or something?

yes..she goes through phases..and we stopped her therapy and medication because it wasnt helping at all. We can do better for her at home..I'm just aggravated that its thanksgiving week and shes having an "episode" All the family will be in town, And shes not really gonna ...interact nicely with them.Its not her fault..I just hate that its this week..

I'm sorry, Mama!  That has to be hard!  My BIL is bipolar & I can't handle him too well (and he's an adult).  I can only imagine how hard it is for you to deal with a child who is bipolar.  I hope it works out for you over the holidays & she starts to feel better (and more like herself).  I'm sure your family understands, so try not to stress it too much!!
