Who gets more attention?

I have two boys and a 3 month old girl.  I swear she gets way more attention then my boys ever did.  When I would be out with friends who had girls, people would always talk to the girls and just a quick hello at the end to my son or nothing.  It doesn't bother me, but I am just wondering if I am just imagining this or if other people notice it too.

I noticed it too. My dd is 7 now and ds is 3 but ppl seemed to pay more attention to her when she was a baby then him.... maybe its the cute girly clothes?? idk

I think girls get more attention, from what I've noticed.  When DD was a baby there could be an equally cute boy in the cart next to me, but she'd get all the cooing, I've definately noticed that.

Have you ever noticed the stores even? They have so much more to choose from than the boys do .. it's annoying.

My middle child gets the most attention. She has one of those personalities where she'll talk to anyone. She is also adorable. Not that my other two aren't but there is just something about Jordyn. She is also the one that drives me up the wall!

I have 3 girls and 1 boy.  The girls are attention hogs, but most people make an effort to talk to my son.  :)  I haven't honestly noticed one way or the other.

My daughter gets more attention from our family members because she was the first. I think it would have been the same way had she been born a boy.

My son gets just as much attention from strangers, though. they're both equally cute and equally attention seekers.

It could be the cute girl clothes! And ys, I have noticed the stores, there are tons of girl clothes and it's hard to find cute things for the boys!  My husband even says this about adults!  I always get little gifts here and there from certain people and he never gets anything!
