Yeah, my husband's a huge baby when he's sick. And, he refuses to take any kind of medication to alleviate his symptoms. He just sleeps and whines all day long.....drives me crazy!

Your situation sounds exactly like mine!  If he won't help me when I am sick, I am not paying him any attention when he is sick!  He says it is because I am always sick and he is rarely sick so he should be waited on while he is sick.  I cannot help that I get sick more than he does.

mine never tells me that I need to stop faking it, but rest assured I can only be sick for about 5 hours, after that...Magically, he is sick! and his will LAAASSSTT for days, I just need to suck it up!

I was so sick last night that i had to go to the hospital and get 3 bags on IV's and my husband still would not get our daughter ready for bed! he kept bitching me out saying he's not doing it.

OMG! That sounds like my bf. He is so dramatic when he is sick. And I can relate to what you are saying about him saying that you were faking when you were throwing up. My bf said the same thing, but not when I was throwing up. He would say I was being dramatic when I wouldn't want to do anything but lay down when my nausea was at its worst.

Nope my hubby takes great care of me when I am sick and I love being able to do the same for him. I just had a kidney stone and he had to deal with the messy house and feeding the kids and ran me to drs and picked up my prescriptions all without 1 complaint. I guess Im just really lucky :).

It never fails. I can nearly set a timer. Within 6hrs of myself or one of the children getting sick, my husband will get "sick". Granted, he doesn't run a fever or puke, nor is he stuck in the bathroom for fear of his butt exploding. He just "doesn't feel well" and he'll proceed to lounge around the house or sit at his computer playing games, asking me to bring him things or go out for things for him. He won't help care for the sick children, because he doesn't want to share sick germs with them. I don't like to take the children or myself out of teh house when we're sick because I don't want to expose the general population with our germs. However, if there's something that's needed, I have to go out.

My husbands sickness will ALWAYS last 48hrs longer than the last person to get better.

It's a huge pain in the ass, but.. I married him.
