But not for much longer!!  So we got a big surprise last week, a very goo surprise.  DH is graduating a semester earlier than planned!!  He graduates this May, and we can finally get started on that better life we wanted.  He already has  a job lined up, thankfully, with his current workplace.  And the pay difference is huge!  Like huge enough that within a month or two we can get off food stamps, and purchase that brand new minivan we wanted.  Toyota has a special program from people within sixmonths of graduation (before or after, doesn't matter).  And a year after he graduates, we're going to use the first time buyer program here in Alabama to look at our first house, assuming things stay stable for us!  It will be so wonderful to be past this time in our lives.  We can be off PA, and maybe give back.  Don't get me wrong, food stamps have been a huge blessing for us and our kids, but it will be nice not to need them anymore.  And DH will FINALLY be off the night shift.  He's been on it since the babies were born, and he's been going to classes during the day, so it has been stressful.  He'll be on an 8-5 regular job and we can really focus on being a family.

What a wonderful Early Christmas gift!

Awesome!  My husband graduates in March (he's doing an online school) and he'll be all set for when he gets out of the Army in a few years.

That is awesome congrats to your hubby on graduating early. My hubby still has a semester to finish the certificate program he is doing in Biotechnology and then  1 more to get his associate's degree in that field. So I can understand how excited you are.

Cleaning and scrubbing can wait til tomorrow. For babies grow up we've learned to our sorrow.  So quiet down, cobwebs.  Dust go to sleep.  I'm rocking my baby and babies don't keep.
