What time does Walmart open on BLACK FRIDAY?

I saw on the thing it said 5am.  But last year, we got there at 4:45 and there were already people with their baskets full and in line to check out.  How do we know what time they really open?  I also heard on the raido they will open at midnight.  Anyone know?

Also, I am trying to get the trampoline for $170 and was wondering if anyone knew how many they will have?

5 am , but most walmarts are 24 hours but I would think if they say open at 5 am, then they wouldn't actually roll out the "items" until 5 am.  I've never been out on Black Friday before so I'm not sure how it all works.

Last I had heard all the wal-mart stores will be open 24 hours from Thanksgiving into Black Friday but they will not start the door buster prices until 5am. This is to ease the big rush into the store that caused the death of the worker last year.

right, they open at midnight, you go in get youre stuff that you can.  then you wait in line until they open.  hmm its funny wal mart is opening later then the PX and Kmart?  I know the PX is 4 Am

doors open at midnight but they do not "unwrap" the sales utill the clock strikes 5am!  they have employees watching so no one "jumps the gun"...lol

lol, yeah last year my mom opened the wrapping and took one of the packages while they werent looking.  lol.  Was it right?  No, but I gotta hand it to her thats not something I would do!

At our store, which is a 24 hour store, the store is open and you can't get the items until 5. At our store, they would have a buzzer go off when it was 5 and the workers would start cutting the wrap off.

As far as how many items will the Walmart have, you would have to contact your local store. It will vary from store to store on how many they will get in
