im just full of posts today lol. anyways, i got AF saturday (just in time cuz i was scared that i was preggers again) and wow am i heavy flowing today! i've gone thru more always 14 plus pads (for heavy flow) today that i typically do.... and i'm pretty crampy... which i expect. BUT, is it normal to feel sore? like, swelling sore? im kinda feelin like i did a few days after delivery, just sore.... anyone else get this?

What is AF? when i was bleeding that heavily, i was changing tampons bout every 45 mins. i went to the dr. and they told me that my iron was really, really low.
LOL!! that is what i thought at first, because i just refer to it as period...but i think it means Aunt Flow.
