I see people post topics and no one replies, leaving the OP swinging in the breeze...
Is there a person, a topic, or pet peeve that causes you to purposely ignore, avoid, or walk away from a post?
"Don't feed the trolls...don't allow yourself to be distracted by people who who find recreation in making you angry."
I don't mind a long-winded post, I just need to see some paragraph breaks, or I actually cannot read past the first sentence and I have to walk away.
when something has already been posted a dozen times, when its obviously a drama-queen, when i have no clue how to respond/no advice to give, or when its just one of "those" posts...or when its too damn long..lol
its no big deal...i have lots of posts that get 0-10 replies, and then i have a lot of posts that get hundreds of replies.

Time is money. Ok, not really.. I'm a sahm. Needless to say however, I pick and choose what I open. If there is a catchy title I will open it. Not simply b/c I think it's full of drama, but it tells me what it is about. I cannot STAND when people make up something obnoxious just to get you to open their post and it's asking advice or entirely opposite of what the title states. I will not reply if I see it and likely not open something from that person again... if I remember which I usually don't.
it just depends with me. if i relate or have anything to say, i often do. sometimes i am at a loss for words(whichcan be quite shockingto me) or i dont have anything to add.

If it says "Could I be pregnant?" I definitely ignore it.
LOL , ditto !!
I usually avoid ones that look like a bunch of drama, I'm not into that sort of thing really. I don't remain friends with people who have lots of drama in their life because I can't help them even if I try.
Sometimes when a post is so long and involved and not really about something I can comment on I'll skip it.
If it's annoying and jugdemental I'll skip it.
Most of my posts don't get that many replies, I dont' let it get to me.
Oh yeah, that making up a fake title just to get attention crap annoys the fire out of me too!

Im a post killer! haha
Lots of times posts get ignored because there are so many other posts constantly being bumped that they move to the 2nd page and I never see them. I stay away from topics with ongoing crazy drama (and the ones that are posted most often), such as BF, ERF/FF, vaxing... yeah.
