So, I work for a fairly small company. There are about 12 employees; 4 women and 7 men. And we all share a couple of unisex bathrooms. I am going to go out on a limb and say that a man is the source of the problem....Here's my question....
How can I go about letting a male coworker know to watch his aim in the bathroom??? I know this probably sounds ridiculous, but it is becoming somewhat of a nuisance. Earlier when I went to the bathroom, my foot was greeted by someone's urine....not a good way to start my day. You would actually be suprised at how often this happens. I mean, is it really that hard to clean it up, should you have missed the toilet?
The only reason why I wanted some feedback here is because we don't really have any supervisor here that would be in charge of something like that....The only one that probably could is never here. What would you ladies do in this situation?
I'd probably say it out loud when all of them were in ear shot.
"You men need to start watching your aim... I keep stepping in your pee."
If you say it candidly then maybe no one will take offense, it will not be aimed at a certain person, and you will likely get a more cautious peeing coworker.
