I know there are movies that are PG-13 for violence like Pirates of the Caribbean, Indiana Jones, Mummy, etc - but what about those that are PG-13 for for graphic language, sexual content or humor, or drug content?

My 6 yr old has seen I Am Legend, Hancock, Interview With The Vampire, Twilight, etc. If I know there is not a ton of gore or sex in them, she can watch them. She actually liked Hancock and Twlight. She only liked Interview because it had a kid vampire.
I think it depends on their maturity too. I have an 18, 15 & 12 yr old boys. The 12 year old definitely knows soooo much more than your average 12 yr old because of having big brothers. So we are more lenient with him than we were with older 2. & to be honest, some PG 13 movies are worse than R movies to me.

My 11yr and my 8yr have watched the following and some others.
James Bond movies, The Notebook, Coyote Ugly, 50 First Dates, and the ones you mentioned for violence. I cant remember when my 8yr started probably at least in the last year-my 11yr has been watching since between 7-8yrs old-not a big deal for this house.
