At what age would ya'll say a kid is ready for a bike? Like with training wheels.

my nephew got his first bike with training wheels at two and just started liking it at three. He iss be 4 in December and he loves his bike! They do a lot of motocross events and stuff so he think's it's his dirtbike... for now :)
