does your husband put your needs first or the children's ?
or does he put the best interests of the family first and doesn't draw such a line between you and the children?
do the children always come first in his mind?
is a happy wife a happy life and the children's needs yours to take care of?
(obviously if you're not married this post does not apply)

My husband does what is best for the family... some days it is the kids who need him more and some days I need him more - but everyday he loves us more than anything else!
Yes, my husband and I have talked about this. We both decided that our daughter comes first & we're both completely ok with it.
I'm a 20 year old, spoiling my daughter with love, Small town living, walmart shopping, research b4 vaxing, fuel efficient car driving, anti-fast food & soda, chasing my toddler instead leashing her, giving her carrots instead of cookies, former varsity athlete, making my husbands dinner every night from scratch,Vampire book collecting, Fairy Tale Loving, Camping & canoeing, Atheist Mom, who loves my family more than anything in the world.
& I beat the Monster aka Smoking addiction...

Why does it only apply to those that are married? He puts the family first sometimes that means the kids and sometimes that means himself or I it just depends on the situation.

because it's strange to me the women that took wedding vows and feel that somehow draws a line between her husband and children when imagining family
I want to know if their husbands draw the same line...
