For anyone that has worked in Customer Service I know you have a great story so please lets hear them! You have to have at least one, whether it was a rude customer, funny customer, something crazy you seen... Lets hear it!

Mine is the other day I was at work (Speedway gas station) and it was around 11 am and there was a man (50's 60's) over getting a cup of coffee...my register is right in front of the pots. He was wearing Dark Jeans and a Dark sweater only I thought I seen something around his crotch area out of the corner of my eye so I did a double look as he was walking up to pay sure enough as I glance down I notice what I seen out of the corner of my eye was this mans PENIS just hanging out of his zipper...... I was shocked. I debated telling him but I just couldnt bring myself to do it, I figured he would feel the cool breeze when he walked outside lol. Everyone else I told this story to said that he probably did it on purpose lol. My dad said there is no way a man forgets to put his pecker back lol.

I worked graveyard at a 24 restaurant. Lets see....there was the time that i was walking my manager out to his car to get cookies he had bought for my kids whern a guy came from around from behind the restaurant. he was walking funny and mumbling..my mangaer told me it was probboly some crazy homeless guy. Well as I got closer ot him I realized he had blood all over his shirt. i called 911 from my cell and they operator had me go get towels. The guy had been jumped and stabbed. He blocked with his arm and had a huge gash but had obviously been behind the restaurant for awhile because my co worker recognized him as her customer form an hour before. Anyways I held pressure on the would and waited until the ambulance came. My manager by the way left me to take care of it before the cops even got there.

Thats a good one! Gross but good! : )

I work at a very high end Intercoiffure salon and spa. We have lots of clients...and lots of "colorful" clients : ) This one lady, we will call her Zee. Zee shows up almost an hour late for her appointment, carrying a 2 liter of diet dr. pepper, her pantyhose and her belt in her hands, a box of safety pins, and wearing those Monoploly glasses. Through the course of the consultation and appointment, we discovered :

* She was carrying her pantyhose because they had a run, which was also why she had the safety pins...to fix them.

* She was carrying her belt, because it was a very very very expensive designer belt that couldn't fit her anymore, but she still liked to accessorize with it.

* The 2 liter, I found out at the very end....She wants diet dr. pepper at any given moment in the day. She keeps one in every room of her house. She snaps her  fingers and then chugs the diet dr. pepper, right out of the bottle.

WOWSER! : )

I work in the collections department of a MAJOR bank. It's semi-customer service. We have HILARIOUS encounters DAILY.

I can't wait to hear everyone else's! BUMP!

24 year old, God loving, non-vaxing, tutu making WAH momma to Jenelle, Gracelynn, and Sapphire. Girlfriend to Rachel (not wife, because apparently some people are AGAINST two loving, consenting adults marrying).

I used to work at a dept store and we had this crazy lady come in once wanting to return a "forever flashlight". All you had to do was shake it and it would charge up, no batteries. Well she got up to the register and said she had to return it because the thing didn't work...THEN she tells me to give her batteries back. I was like umm this doesn't take batteries ma'am and she started screaming for a manager because she spent her hard earned money on batteries and we weren't keeping them! LOL. She even called corporate, what a loony toon.

I have 10 years in the CS industry!! I've got tons...the first one that came to mind though was when i was working at Stride Rite. Sometimes we'd have adults with super tiny feet come in. One day this lady came in and she was very short and come to find out she was looking for shoes for herself. So I go get a few pairs and bring them out to discover that she's taken her sneakers off to unveil....plastic bags tied with a string around each of her feet. Um...yeah. it was summer time in CA. Super sweaty, stinky, tied in a plastic bag all day feet. She took the bags off and was all set to try on shoes. I asked her if she'd put on some socks to try the shoes on with. She refused!! She got all pissy because she couldn't try on without socks!! Her feet were literally wet with sweat and God knows what else!! Of course I can't let you try on without socks at least!! And another time, a mom had taken her daughter to the strawberry patch to pick strawberries. Well it must have been muddy there because when they came into my store right after words, the girls sandals and feet were covered in mud! They wanted to try on dress shoes! The mom got her panties in a bunch when I asked her to clean her daughter's feet off before we tried on shoes. COME ON PEOPLE!!! Fing crazies out there man... I'm sure I have more... if i think of some, i'll come on back...

I have 3

no lie as I was a csm at a grocery store a customer walked past me on their way to the bathroom and a bloody pad fell out the bottom of their pants. Without missing a step she kept going. lol and gross.

One time as I worked the night shift in the same grocery store we watched a pimp beat up his hooker in the frozen foods. All the while calling the night manager and the police. After all was said and done the chick decided not wanting to get her pimp in trouble but they were arrested anyway for stealing... get this... tv dinners... yeah.

The third is probably the most horrible thing I've ever seen. Outside same grocery store just getting off my shift around midnight, I found a woman who had been beaten and stabbed several times. Me and a coworker who had been outside smoking called police. she died in our parking lot.

you know it's interesting because it wasn't in a horrible neighbor hood but really alot of weirdo bad things happened there.

Our family is little and broken, but still good.

Years ago when I first started at a credit union as a member service rep I was basically in charge of answering phone questions and directing calls.  One late afternoon a member called who had a loan and asked me how the interest is calculated and I responded "daily." The next question....is that just Monday through Friday?  I did everything I could not to laugh.
