Need uti help!

ok ladies I have the uti from HELL! I know I should just go to ER or urgent care, but its SOO not an option as I HAVE to work and cant spare even a moment. so what is a good fix, I mean I keep feeling like I'm going to pee my pants like EVERY second! Thanks!!

Lots of water and 100% cranberry juice (not the cranberry juice "cocktail"). But, if it's really that bad, you will probably need an antibiotic.
