Gross or good stuff?
Good stuff as long as there's no chunks of gibblets in it ;) After boiling the gibblets, I will strain the broth to high heaven and back.
I make homemade cornbread stuffing every year and giblet gravy. I make it because I must have it. My grandma always made it when I was growing up and I love it.

GREAT but it has to have all the chunks in it....no one made it like grandma....shes been gone 16 years atleast but man she made some good giblet gravy
Same here... Its a must have, this is actually my first year in 5 years to have my grandma make it for us again. We have been in Europe and I had to learn to make it myself.
