I don't know, but I am sure someone will say something. Me personally I don't care. If they qualify for PA than they deserve it. What they do with their spare money is up to them.

its not wrong. some people are so judgemental they run out of things to judge about. so they move on to the subject of mom drinking on PA (and you cant buy alchohol with it so why does it matter)

ok, what if no money is drawn from pa, just foodstamps, u cant buy that stuff w/ that, no1 is screwing the system. They know how much goes in, out and what is left, i dont see why it would be so wrong for a drink to be drunk (i dont smoke) or a cig to be bought.
