I guess I was sleep walking last night. I woke up infront of my bathroom door with a can of Pepsi!
My cheek bone hurts, my arm, leg, knee, all on my left side (I guess I much have fell on the floor)
Do you sleep walk? What causes it?

Oh wow!! Im not sure, but I think it has to do a bit with stress or lack of sleep or both.

I know sometimes people think that they wake me up, but really Im asleep... my eyes are open and I can conversate and move, but I dont have any recollection of it. Like my brother "woke" me up when I was younger because he had found my runaway hamster... I threw the hamster on the ground, I dont remember! I loved that hamster!

I am a breastfeeding and formula feeding, pro-choice, vaccinating, Turbo Jamming,
disposable diaper using, cio sometimes, cat loving, dieting, married
and love my husband

I absolutely do..almost every night. I sleepwalk as a result of PTSD and my subconscious mind is trying to keep me safe. I wake myself up locking and unlocking the door and constantly checking windows.
There are many reasons that people sleep walk..that's just my reason. Some people are more prone I guess.
